Our Gagarin globes are hand painted to look like you are viewing Earth from space. Careful detailing of the land to be richer green where it it is heavily forested and sand coloured in the desert. The blue ocean gets lighter as it nears the coasts.
With this link you can choose a desktop base that is fitted with roller bearings to enable fluid movement in any direction by hand or a more traditional floor standing style. This colouring of globe looks great with all the bases we offer.
Our globes are all made to order, the cartography will always be up to date and reflect the world as it was when you commissioned your globe.

Examples in this listings are all styles including an 80cm with French cartography and a 36cm with “upside-down” cartography.
Pricing reflects this style of painting with Walnut or Oak for the base in the Albion style with some floor standing bases and metal options priced higher. For other options by size please get in touch and see other listings.

Each globe is one of a kind and unique, watercolour are hand mixed meaning your globe will not be identical to any in the listing but just as beautiful!
For 22cm and 36cm globes, shipping will be applied when you check out. For larger sizes – shipping will be applied to the final invoice.
We ship fully tracked and insured – worldwide from our London studio.
22cm, 36cm, and 50cm Albion and Livingstone globes ship in ‘flight cases’ perfect presentation boxes for gift giving. Larger globes have special built crates ensuring safe arrival.
