More Information

This globe is an example of what is possible. We can work with you to design your globe exactly as you would like it. We can help with themes and make suggestions based on your ideas. This globe that is pictured is a variation of Parchment Cassini in 80cm diameter sizing. It has illustrated scenes, battles and ships.

Here you can book in by size and pricing reflects the sizing with an extensive theme of your choice. If you would like us to help with a historic map please let us know. We can help source a 2d flat map and then work to design an accurate 3d globe projection.
Your final pricing will reflect the design time, amount of illustrations, sizing and complexity of your illustration choices and anything else like added travel routes, currents of bathymetry. The overall pricing of your globe will also reflect the choice of colouring and base style as there are variations. This is a generic deposit based and we will work with you to choose the base style, colouring, and options of personalisation (click for a guide to the bases and colours).

Gagarin and Cassini colouring are priced higher but are not suggested colouring if you choose to have extensive on land illustrations – but we can talk that through with you based on your requests.

The globes are made to spin within a hand engraved brass meridian and the globe can be made to spin from any angle. There are other options by sizing for rotational floor standing globes (click here for rotational floor standing globes which are not within a brass meridian).

Each globe is made bespoke to order meaning the map on your globe will always be up to date to the time of making.

We will be in touch after you place a deposit to help you choose the finish, base style, wood or finish (there are metal options as well), the engraving, and through the other options of added personalisation.
